NFW

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 28, 2026

This policy describes what information the NFW interface (the “Interface”), operated by EVAI Studio, handles, and how. The short version: we do not require an account, we never see your keys, we collect no government identity, and most of what the product shows is public blockchain data that exists whether or not you use the Interface.

1. What we collect

  • Public blockchain data. Your wallet address and every transaction it signs are public on Solana by design. The Interface reads, indexes and caches this public state — pools, positions, draws, settlements — to render the app. We do not create this data and cannot alter or erase it.
  • Profile data you choose to add. A display name and, if you link one, your X account handle. Both are optional, provided by you, stored off-chain in our database and shown publicly next to your wallet’s activity.
  • Technical data. Standard operational logs from our hosting and infrastructure providers — IP address, user agent, request timestamps — kept for security, abuse prevention and debugging.
  • Local storage. The Interface keeps wallet-connection state and interface preferences in your browser. It sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

2. What we never collect

Private keys or seed phrases; government identification or KYC data; payment-card or bank details; precise location. If anything asks you for a seed phrase claiming to be NFW, it is not us.

3. How we use it

To operate and render the Interface; to attach the profile you chose to your public activity; to secure the service against abuse, exploits and spam; to debug; and to understand aggregate usage. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who it is shared with

Infrastructure only: hosting, database, and RPC providers that process data on our behalf to run the service; and authorities where the law genuinely compels it. Public data — chain activity and the profile you attached to it — is visible to everyone by the nature of the product.

5. The blockchain cannot forget

Anything recorded on Solana — transactions, positions, settlements — is permanent, public and replicated far beyond our control. Deleting your off-chain profile removes your name and linked handle from our database, but the on-chain history of your wallet remains, as it does for every wallet on every public blockchain.

6. Retention

Profile data is kept until you remove it or ask us to. Operational logs are kept for the short windows our infrastructure providers default to, then discarded. Cached chain state is continuously overwritten by fresher chain state.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and similar laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold — which, here, is your profile and our logs. You can remove your display name and unlink X from the profile screen yourself, or contact us for anything else. We honor these requests for the off-chain data we actually control.

8. International transfers

Our infrastructure providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where transfer rules apply, we rely on our providers’ standard safeguards for such transfers.

9. Under 18

The Interface is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and anyone under 18 (or the age of majority where they live, if higher) may not use it. If you believe a minor has used the Interface, contact us and we will delete the off-chain data we hold.

10. Changes

When this policy changes, the “Last updated” date changes with it, and material changes will be noted on the Interface. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the revised policy.
